Oxford United vs Fleetwood Town Match Report
A weakened Oxford United team put last weeks FA Cup exit behind them with a battling display at the Kassam Stadium. With 13 players ruled out with Covid, an emergency keeper in Connal Trueman was drafted in just hours before kick off on loan from Birmingham.
With postponements some of United rivals had played extra games, the much needed win kept the U’s in with a play-off shout.
You wouldn’t have known it was the second string team as McNally and Branngan hit early goals, before Nathan Holland sealed the win with a delightful solo effort.
