West Oxfordshire District Council’s election count results show the Conservatives have taken 16 of the 17 seats contested to continue a good two days for the party.
The results, published this afternoon, reveal the Labour Party has lost the seat in gained in 2011 in Chipping Norton.
The only other party with a seat was the Liberal Democrat’s Andy Graham for Charlbury and Finstock, who gained from the Conservatives.
